Four years in the making, Alice Walker: Beauty In Truth is a feature documentary film about the life and times of American writer, Alice Walker who made history as the first Black woman to win a Pulitzer Prize for Literature in 1983 for her ground breaking novel The Color Purple, made into a successful film by Steven Spielberg.
