They had a month-to-month tenancy and received notice this week that they must vacate by March 31. They can afford $1,000 or so per month for rent. They are hoping for a place in Queens (Forest Hills, Rego Park, Middle Village, Elmhurst, Corona) within walking distance of F, E, R, V subways and bus lines to Queens College.
