Active Insight: an active meditation workshop with Adrienne Glasser

Gibney Dance Center presents a Hub Workshop with Dance Movement Therapist Adrienne Glasser.
Adrienne will guide us through an active meditation that will explore the relationship between our body, mind, the space around us and between us. This practice has been an effective tool in serving people recovering from addictions, eating disorders and trauma, as well as for anyone wanting to decrease stress and uncover their own authentic movement.
