Award-winning dance photographer Rose Eichenbaum will lead this unprecedented 5-day workshop on the art of photographing dance and dancers. Longtime Jacob's Pillow Dance Festival Photographer Christopher Duggan will be a faculty member. Participants will express the beauty of the physical body, the essence of a dancer's gesture, the choreographer's vision, and the spirit of performance by better understanding and practicing principles of photography: lighting, composition and perspective, and by interfacing with the temporal nature of dance, to produce stunning visual images.
