Federal Stimulus Package Town Hall Forum

To help guide New Yorkers through the newly enacted American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA), Senate Majority Leader Malcolm A. Smith and the New York State Senate are hosting a Town Hall Forum in Brooklyn this Saturday, April 4.

Topics to be discussed at the forum include:

--How your community can benefit from the Stimulus Package
--What projects are eligible for funding
--Information about job creation and business opportunities.

NYSCA Council Member Danny Simmons will be in attendance, along with representatives from other New York State agencies, to outline agency-specific funding opportunities.
